Air Guard

Airgaurd tackled mold remediation in my attic 12-2021. Now, one year later, the attic remains mold free. 1-16-2023 Steve came back out because of a persistent musty odor in a finished room in my basement. His opinion was there is no mold, keep door open for better air cirulation and run a dehumidifier. He advised against testing for mold - costly. Steve refused to charge me for the visit even when I offered to pay him something for the house call.. Incredible!

I generally don’t write reviews, but felt I needed to after our experience today! Our house, had what I felt was possibly a mold issue that was causing me concern with a musty smell. Contacted AirGuard, and my phone call was returned within the hour. A few days later Steve came out to inspect. I can honestly say he was not only professional, but thorough. He assured us this was not a mold issue but made suggestions on what we could do to improve our situation. This company is not out to take your money, extremely honest and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone to contact AirGuard, if you are having issues of your own. He could of told us anything but instead was honest. Thank you Steve. Airguard Restoration was excellent at completing mold remediation for a fair cost. They were very quick to respond and scheduled within one week from every request. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring mold remediation work.

Recently discovered mold in our attic! Called Airguard Restoration to mitigate the problem. They were promptly out to give an estimate on mitigation and adding vents to the space. Also found bathroom vents were open to the soffits( builder short cut). They properly vented them to the roof. They arrived when promised and performed the work neatly. No need for us to clean up after them. Highly recommend them.

Steve was so helpful in giving us honest opinions on what we should do with the mold in our home. He came by our house right away on his own time and he gave advice to my husband how to try and take care of it and if it doesn't work, we will come up with a new plan with him. He was super nice, and easy to work with. I will be recommending him to friends and family! Thank you so much Steve!

Steve was so great when he came to inspect our basement and crawl space for mold! He advised that the small amount of mold we have can just be treated with bathroom cleaner and isn't cause for remediation. He also gave helpful tips on how to try to prevent it from coming back. Such an honest and professional guy! Added bonus, he took off his wet shoes before walking around the house.

Gil came to our home this morning and was helping us with a bad situation from another local mold removal company. We were told that the mold was removed from our home 2 years ago when we purchased it and needless to say it wasn't. We had the other company come in and do the job, but they did the bare minimum and charged twice the price. Gil spoke with my fiancé and was very straight forward and gracious. He told him exactly what he would be doing and that HE would be the one doing it which was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable and we were both impressed with his professionalism. He will also be cleaning out our air ducts, and made an effort to come when it was convenient for our schedules. I can update when he finishes but I'm sure we will be happy with the result and finally be rid of the issues! Thank you Gil!
